K M Lodge is a newly built (2017/2018) ground floor complex. Consisting of two comfortable, simple, clean and tastefully furnished private apartments. Apt #1 at K M Lodge is situated in Mt Nesbit, a residential area in the county of St John on the small Caribbean island of Grenada.
If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, why not try K M Lodge. Each apartment has own private entrance and veranda. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery and cutlery. There is a gas hob/oven (bottled gas), fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a TV (sorry no cable) which a laptop or similar devices can be connected to. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron board, indoor clothes airer, ironing board and iron.
Mosquito nets and electrical fans are available.
Area
Mt Nesbit is a quiet residential area located on a hill that has a seaview. Lush vegetation is in abundance, and the locals are friendly. The main town in the area is Gouyave, affectionately known as 'the town that never sleeps'! Gouyave is very lively, having many bars, places to eat and socialize (some late nights). There is a bank with an ATM, several supermarkets, hairdressers/barbers, small independent stores, a pharmacy, police station, petrol station and a weekly local market on Saturdays. Further on into the town is the fish market where you can get freshly caught fish, but you have to get there early.
K M Lodge is nestled off the main road, with good transport link. The lively fishing town of Gouyave is a short drive and the vibrant capital city of St George's is a mere 30 minutes’ drive away.
Other points of interest nearby are Concord waterfalls, Black Bay Beach and Cave, and Dougladston Estate and barracks.

There are a small number of stairs (3-4) leading to each apartment.
K M Lodge has a strict NO SMOKING policy, in the rooms or veranda. Smoking is only allowed outside
on the grounds.
